Member Onboarding
We’re excited that you are joining USA EdTech!
This year will be better than ever and we’re excited to get going.
Here’s what’s included and what to expect.
Set up
The USA EdTech Pavilion is a 27 square meter stand with three open sides.
We will have a back wall, centrally located meeting zone (in the form of a bar with stools).
Kiosks will be organized along the perimeter and will be two-sided pods.
Each kiosk will be branded with individual company logos and will include:
Monitor mounted on kiosk
Dedicated shelf space for laptop
Dedicated cabinet for storage
Electric outlet for laptop/phone
(bring your own UK-compatible adapter)
Below is a rough look at the the placement and overall layout. Note that this is for placement only. We will update graphics as we go.
Note that we have two kiosks designated as B category. They have a lower price due to limited visibility.

Key Things to Remember
We will sending ongoing communications to your primary point of contact. Due to the number of members, we will be unable to respond to inquiries from anyone other than your designated primary contact.
You will be solely responsible for travel and lodging, including any/all visa requirements (such as UK’s ETA requirement, implemented in 2025).
If you have not attended Bett in the past, it is hosted at the Excel Center. There are hotels in the vicinity of the venue, though many attendees opt to stay in central London. For easier local travel via London’s underground, pay attention to hotels accessible via the DLR or Elizabeth Line.
We will host a member webinar in Q3 to bring everyone together, share updates, and answer any questions you may have at that time.
In the meantime, you can email our Managing Partner, Jim McVety, with any questions.
